§ 01 / Why a sim lounge for groups
Three reasons it works.
Most group venues optimize for either drinking or one lane at a time. Twelve rigs lets a whole party race at once, and the lounge is built for the rest of the night.

Has anyone in my group never raced before?
Most of every group has never raced. The default car is beginner-positive and the briefing covers braking, the racing line, and what every pedal does. We tune driving aids per rig if anyone wants more help.
Can a five-year-old drive?
Yes — we run a junior rig profile with an adjusted seat, lower wheel torque, and assisted braking. Five is on the young side but workable; a parent can sit alongside the rig.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes — BYO catering and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome in the lounge. The alcohol policy for private events is being finalized; ask on the inquiry call.
Can you simulate our actual race team's car and tracks?
If your class is in the catalog, yes — that's a real use case for us, and we've done it for an off-season offsite. Send us the car class and the tracks you want loaded and we'll set it up before you arrive.
Is the venue closed to the public during my event?
Your group races on dedicated rigs while other guests use the rest of the floor. For larger groups we can arrange a full buyout that closes the venue during your block — ask when you inquire.
How far ahead do we need to book?
One to two weeks is ideal so we can lock the briefing, format, and any custom setup. Race-team simulation setups need extra time to preload the cars and tracks. We confirm exact lead time when you inquire.
